When you print the T4 Summary, a dialog box shows up to allow you to adjust the company portions of EI and CPP and allows you to record what was paid outside of using the Remittance feature of Sage 50.

These days this is just for our internal use because this information is not part of the xml file that is uploaded to the CRA.  I still print it for the company records.
