Payroll formulas

When I completing our weekly payroll this message appears after each entry

The payroll formuals being used are valid for the periods of 1-1-23 to 12-31-23. Are you sure you want to continue with this transaction.

I have entered the 2024 payroll tax amounts as I have done each year for each employee.

Any suggestions.

You need to be using Sage 2024.0 or Sage 2024.1 to calculate payrolls with a payment date in 2024. I recommend 2024.1 as it also handles the new Box 45 right for your 2023 T4's.

I believe 2024.0 was released way to early to include any 2024 payroll tax tables. Use Sage 50 2024.1 to do payroll properly for 2024.

Sage 50 2024.0 included the July 2023 tax tables. Sage 50 2024.1 included the new January 2024 tax tables and you should be using that version for any payroll in 2024. It will not only include the new Box 45 but also the new CPP2
