It's still in my version AE 2024.1

It is strange - on one client it is only 1 stub (Industry Type set up is Transportation)

Another client has the two stub and he is set up Industry Type as Construction

When I researched further, discovered that if you use custom forms instead of Preprinted, 2 stub is available.  With Preprinted- it is not available.

Which is why the image I uploaded has an arrow pointing to the Custom Forms option.  The Pre-printed option has no real capabilities to modify the template printed other than change the margins for the entire form to move it all up, down, left or right.  The Custom form allows you to move one field if it is not aligned properly.

Sorry, didn't even notice you had put the arrows anywhere other than the drop down menu.  

I thank you for your time, as I when I stopped and thought, I knew all that.  I just haven't opened up a new company and payroll for a while, and was having an "elder" moment.
