T4 Summary and T4's printing to PDF with Chinese

When I print my T4's and T4 Summary to my clients file, the PDF is printing and saving the reports with Chinese writing. Usually it saves it as T4 Summary or T4 slips. Just curious how to change this or why it is doing this.

I have exactly the same experience. Absolutely no idea where the Chinese characters are coming from! Post here if you get an answer.

Exactly the same thing happened to me today, however it's not even saving the file, it's spitting out an error. Glad to know it's not Just me.

I got this error as well only after I changed my T4 slips and summary to plain paper from preprinted forms.

The log is saying a problem with font, times new roman. It allowed me to print before I changed it. I will go back to it and see if I figure it out.

Maybe this will help you troubleshoot.

I had to change my Print to PDF from Adobe to Microsoft.
