Hi Wanda:

You can change your printer settings in Sage 50 for paystubs/cheques by using Microsoft Print to PDF rather than your usual printer. This may be time consuming though if you have many employees and many pay periods. Why not run a cheque register under Reports, Banking, Cheque Log (this will show all of your cheques whether they are payroll or payable) or Direct Deposit Log or if you need more detail go to Reports, Payroll, Employee, Detail and select the employees and the start & finish dates. Hope this helps!

I have the cheque registers printed off showing the details for each employee by month, annually but the CRA  are wanting scanned copies of the paystubs.  The accountant suggested getting them in PDF as opposed to going through each month file and scanning the paystubs..... She figured it was available
