Help! I cant find payroll account number to print CRA T4s

Hi Everyone.

The clock is ticking to submit T4s to CRA. I cant seem to locate the right numbers to be bale to print T4s and send. It appears I need some kind of 15 digit number ending in RP. Do I manually add the RP when I finally get or find the payroll account number? And it specifically reads :enter a valid payroll account number must include RP.

I tried my serial number, Payroll roll ID, Account number, none of these worked. But not my activation key, since I have a activated Sage program. I hope this is a easy answer.

I thank you in advance for any replies to this problem...I'm startin to stress out...4 days left.!

The payroll account number is your Business Number, nine digits, followed by RP and then four digits. Most often the last four digits are 0001 but not necessarily. This number totals 15 characters and…

The payroll account number is your Business Number, nine digits, followed by RP and then four digits. Most often the last four digits are 0001 but not necessarily. This number totals 15 characters and appears on all payroll related correspondence from the CRA about your account. The most common being the PD7A form which is issued after each payment made to the CRA for payroll remittances.
