Payroll allocate to departments adjustment error

I just adjusted a paycheque to change the allocation to departments. It worked fine. When I try to adjust subsequent cheques and change the allocation the income lines disappear and the paycheque amount is a negative amount for the payroll tax deductions. Is this a known issue and when will it be fixed?

When looking up a paycheque, one of the income I used to process that paycheque is not being displayed. KB-15564

As mentioned in the article, the problem will be resolved in the next update, which is 2014.2.
