Look at the employee summary report -- there is a line for Vacation Owed in there. Easiest thing is likely to export the report to excel. It makes nice pretty columns which are much easier to read than the report in Sage50.

Thanks Amy, do you know if you can add historical data in to the report too?

Historical amounts are included in the vacation pay owing balance. I don't believe there is any way to isolate what the historical entry was. By "Historical" I am referring to the entry made when the books were initially setup.

If you mean prior year amounts, the vacation pay owing balance on that report is cumulative. You can view the report for various dates.

Thanks Amy, I did mean historical yes - the company only started using Sage in January so had to input historical amounts.  OK no worries, wasn't sure if there was a way.  I have the information on excel for historical so that is ok.
