Timesheet and payroll check

My client uses timesheet for payroll before tournament date of the pay day. Is that's why that track time is erroneous?

How to get the remaining hours in the new bank to pay?

    is the time sheet used to record all of the employee's time ?

    if you have an employee that works 8 hours / days, but only 6 hours on the tournament - what are they doing the other 2 hours and how is that recorded ?

    do you have tournament time & billing activity items ? and non tournament activity items ?

    if all hours are recorded on the time sheet, they should import into payroll - and you will get a warning message if there are not enough hours in the pay periods

    The problem is that the timeshett show 52.50 hres and we pay only 40 hres /week so the rest must be for the next week but at the end of the firsdt paid on the timesheet payroll they show that 52.50 hres has been paid . I tried to correct that but nothing  (12.50 hres are gone .

    this is the message you get if the employee record shows 80 hours per pay period, but the time sheets for that period recorded less

    answering yes, will pay the 80 hours (made up of the hours on time sheet + x hours = 80 hours)

    answering no, will pay the number of hours on the time sheets

    Thank you for your time  I understand but since that time , he paid more employe and the rest of bank hours are gone . So hoe to correct that? Did we have to cancell the check and the timeshett for allof them and began again or can we just cancell that time shett, the pay ans start over . Please expain .

    Also the session date is 20 and the pay is 26 ,( they work until last saturday ) he wants to registred paid today for the 26 , in my opinion that will change a lot of thing ?
