I have a client that when they open an employee to complete payroll the user-defined tab is not showing up. Anyone know why? Thanks for the help.

Sage 50 comes in multiple Editions. (pro, premier, etc.) and besides the year, there is a version number in Help | About that may be relevant.

If you do a screen capture of the problem, change your post to 'Use rich formatting' and you will be able to insert a graphics file (PNG, JPG, etc.)
