If this is the RP number used in submitting T4's you can change that in the first screen that comes up after you go to Reports-Payroll-T4s. Should be an option there to update that.

Thanks Erik, this is the RP number I am looking to adjust, however I'm having issues getting to the option screen that you mention in your reply. I do not have a T4 option under my Reports-Payroll except to print. I am a first time user so I am not very fluent in the program yet.

Elliott, you do have to go to the Print T4s window and make the change at that point. Once the number is entered you will have to print at least one T4 Summary to keep the number stored for future use. Printing a T4 or Summary will not affect the ability to print the complete file at year end when it is required.

Elliot, how do you do your remittances for RP0001 and RP0002? I can't seem to find an easy way to separate the two... thanks!
