1. Statutory pay calc - we pay vacation pay  with each pay period. Our regular hours are 40 for a week,
   employee has worked over 160 hours before :
a. for hourly works: is it 8 hours of gross pay, which includes vacation pay ?
b. for salary staff: is it 8 hours of gross pay, which includes vacation pay ?
c. Are they paid 40 hours regular pay for that week PLUS Statutory pay 8 hours? (total of 48 hours - 40 regular + 8 stats)
   OR 32 hours regular pay for that week PLUS Statutory pay 8 hours? (total of 40 hours - 32 regular + 8 stats)
