Emails are going from sage 50 to Outlook no problem, but are getting rejected by the majority of my employees email accounts.

SUGGESTED

Here is the troubleshooting I have done so far:

  • Sent email from my outbox using exact wording and attachment: REJECTED
  • Sent email from Sage with edited email body: REJECTED
  • Sent email from Sage with edited email and subject: DELIVERED

So it would seem that the combination of the attachment, subject line, and email body are causing the messages to be rejected.  However I cannot find a way to edit the subject line in Sage automatically, and I do not want to have to manually change it for all emails that go out.

Can anyone suggest a fix?

It depends where the email is being rejected.

Sounds like it's rejected by your own Internet Service Provider or email domain server for sending what looks like bulk email, talk to them, change your settings, or send them in smaller batches.

You're probably getting caught in a spam trap that's designed to notice a lot of similar / identical emails. It's not the precise wording of the emails, it's that they're the same, and going to multiple recipients. If your workstation had been compromised by spambot malware, that's exactly what it would be doing.
