Here is the troubleshooting I have done so far:
- Sent email from my outbox using exact wording and attachment: REJECTED
- Sent email from Sage with edited email body: REJECTED
- Sent email from Sage with edited email and subject: DELIVERED
So it would seem that the combination of the attachment, subject line, and email body are causing the messages to be rejected. However I cannot find a way to edit the subject line in Sage automatically, and I do not want to have to manually change it for all emails that go out.
Can anyone suggest a fix?
