there are many rows missing on my auto match screen ......date bank ref...amount etc only have action row showing. This just happened on sunday and tried logging in last night same thing. Anyone know how to fix this?
Got the answer. It is because I had to restore previous years which are in previous versions (2017) and this function was not offered back then. I got screen shots so I am now able to reactivate on my own without calling in. Im currently going through trust account assessment with CRA - like many other businesses that took the CEWS. Everyone was given heads up however I didn't they would go back to 2017. Ridiculous.

you need to follow
go to documents - window ssdc - program fikes (x86) - sage premium 2023
then find Sage_SA_dbutil
click on that another window will open where you will recreate - click top three boxes.
make sure sage is closed when doing this
click run
find your sage file - enter your password and run
once finished it will tell you
then you csn go back in and see if completed
