I am trying to reconcile a bank account and it states that another user has locked account for reconciliation. I have never done this before and not sure how to proceed to unlock.

Is your data shared? If so, someone else is working on the reconciliation. If it is not shared then call Sage support!

Thank you for your response. The data is shared but it is saying that I am the one that has it locked. I will call Sage support.
