You should be able to get the Reconciliation Report if you get the Detailed Reconciliation Report. Have you tried changing the Template box to Default Report Options rather than Last Used Report Options and then run your report? The menu item Report By Statement End Date and Reconciliation Date may have different dates and may not show anything if you have the wrong date.
