Thanks for reaching out. This might be related to a default setting in Sage where, for manual matching, the system shows transactions within a 30-day period prior to the transaction date by default. However, you should be able to adjust the date range to include transactions further back.

If adjusting the dates in the Match Transactions window does not work, and considering that you've recently started hosting your software with a third party, there may be settings specific to the hosted environment that need to be configured.

I would recommend checking the following based on the Sage Knowledgebase:

1. Ensure that your Sage 50cloud subscription is active and properly set up for Bank Feeds.
2. If the system continues to default to one month, despite your efforts to adjust the settings, try a repair install of the Sage application.
3. If there is still an issue, this may require intervention from Sage support, especially since your admin rights and your hosting service's efforts have not resolved the problem.
