Is there a video or other tutorial to learn Reconcilation?

I would like a step by step demo if possible.

On the opening page of your company look at the column on the left. You will see "Learning Centre" Click it
Scroll down to "Banking" Click it
Now you will see Sage University, Knowledgebase and Help Menu - Knowledgebase has everything you will need to learn to reconcile an account.

goto youtube and search for this
SAGE 50 CANADIAN BANK RECONCILIATION

you'll get a long list, just need to make sure you look for one using the Canadian version of sage
