Hi Erzil,

Could you advise how to run a profit and loss report by project? I look under/ Reports/ Financials/ Income Statement and don't see the option to run report by projects.

Your view of the naming might be different depending on the settings below. 

To change the name you use for Projects:

1. In the Home window, on the Setup window, choose Settings.
2. On the left side of the window, click Project and then Names.
3. Select the current Project Title, press Backspace, and type a new name.
4. Click OK.

Note that my typo shows up and that the "Help" button takes you to additional resources like "Allocating amounts to a project in a sales or purchase invoice"


But the Report menu > Project > Income report is located as below:

Hi - go to 'Reports' then scroll down to 'Project' - there you can select by Income or by Allocation.
