Try using the Advance Database Check. This is a Utility found near the bottom of the Maintenance dropdown menu. Then run your report again. If there are no changes, you will have to contact Sage Support, using the Chat feature within the program, as they will have to rebuild the database.

This is the third one I have heard of since updating to 2024.1. This is not a major issue as there are only a small number within the first month of the installation.
