Printing reports

When I try to print any kind of report (trial balance, payroll remittance etc) it gives me the message that the printer memory is full or printer information is incorrect but I haven't changed anything and it was working last month. Has this ever happened to anybody before?

Hi Annick Goguen

Sage Accounting doesn't have payroll remittance, are you using the Sage 50 (desktop) Canadian version?

I am using Sage 50 Accountant Edition and what I meant was when you go in Reports then payroll and then Remittance which is the report that gives you the amount which needs to be paid to the government for the last month of payroll it gives me the message that the printer memory is full and unable to print.
