How do I create file to send to Revenue Canada for review?

I want to download the database into excel so that I can do some custom reports over several years. It would be nice to see all the transactions in an account spanning several years without having to download a years worth at a time.

So, I'm trying to analyse income month by month, seems like the only way to do this is to run a report for one month, then export to excel, then cut and paste next month beside it. Only problem being... Where a category was created it does not show in…
