My French is sufficiently bad that I'm just going to respond in English and hopefully it will help.

To view the number of hours for an employee you would go to Reports --> Payroll --> Employee. Make sure you have selected Detail rather than Summary and then in the far left hand column choose Report Columns (underneath Report Options which should be highlighted). Select custom report column settings. Scroll down until you find the field(s) for the hours you are looking for in the Columns available side of the window. Highlight them and click Add > to move them into the Columns shown on report side of the window and hit OK.
