J'ai upgradé mon ordinateur avec Win7 64 bit + Office 2016

Depuis cette upgrade je suis incapable d'envoyer des courriels (devis, facture) avec Sage50

J'ai ce message d'erreur:

Il n'y a aucun client de messagerie par défaut ou le client de messagerie actuel ne peut pas répondre à la requête de messagerie »

J'ai trouvé cette piste de solution mais je ne suis pas certain de comprendre:

Hi,

We are running 32 bit Outlook 2013 and now 2016 on 10 64 bit (Win 8.1 and Win 7 workstations, and were unable to send email from all but two of them from the (totally different) Canadian Sage 50 software.

The fix, in all cases, was to add this registry key:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows Messaging Subsystem]

"MAPI"="1"

Sage 50 Canadian uses the key above to know whether MAPI is installed.   If the key isn't there, even if MAPI is perfectly ready to go, Sage 50 can't 'see' it.   On 64 bit OS Sage 50 uses MAPI32.DLL in c:\windows\sysWOW64 to send email through Outlook, and it definitely works with Outlook 2016.  (but not with the online 'cloud' browser-ey one, nothing works with that).

I hope that helps, if you're not running a 64 bit operating system, then the above is not the issue / fix.  

(But if you're not running the 32 bit version of Office, it will never work since Sage 50 is a 32 bit software and can't load a 64 bit Office DLL.)
