Year end for client using Simply 2012 - getting file corrupt warning - Data integrity reveals no issue

Can anyone tell me if there is a solution for our client who is running Simply 2012 and has a corruption on the file that only appears when a roll forward to 2015 is attempted?

The repair would not work and there is no sign of any issue on the data integrity check. I am thinking that he will have to create a new file for 2015 and manually enter the opening balances. If there is a way to avoid this then please let me know.
