We're aware that some customers are experiencing problems with the Sage BusinessVision's January 2023 Payroll Tax Update that's affecting exempt employees. While we continue with our investigations, you can use the following workaround:

Direct Deposit customers:

• Issue a manual check, zeroing out the CPP amount for exempt employees
• Wait until a new download is available (expected by the end of day 1/4/2023)

Manual check customers:

• Zero out the CPP amount for exempt employees
• Print check
