Try adding a new workbook field and save the changes. Locate where the \Workbook folder is and delete all DDF files. Open the workbook module again and delete the newly created workbook field. Save changes again. Try locating the fields in Crystal or Pervasive Control Center again.

Thanks John, but I'm looking for the Labels. E.g. The Field Name is "RegNo", its Label is "Registration Number". Where can I find "Registration Number"? It's in BV, so would expect it to be in one of the workbook files.

Ah right, the Labels. The Labels are only in BusinessVision and are not accessible via the DDF's to be seen in Pervasive Control Center or Crystal.
