Payroll - Email Errors

Hi,

I'm having a recurring issue where the function to email out pay stubs crashes.  I've had it crash on a small company with roughly 5 employees and a large one with 200 employees. It always crashes when creating the timecard report and attaching it to outlook.  This issue does not always happen and we can go weeks without problems.  Since we can't re-send/re-email the reports we need to print out and manually distribute the pay slips..

We've had this issue occur on half the pay periods this year, so it has been reoccuring more often.  Could this be related to an adobe update or is there something I am missing?

    I do not think that this is Adobe related. Try adding the BUSINESSVISION.EXE file to the Data Execution Prevention tab in Performance Options on the machine that this is happening on. The steps are:

    Click Start, Control Panel.
    Double-click System.
    Click Advanced tab.
    Click Settings under Performance.
    Click Data Execution Prevention tab.
    Select Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select:.
    Click Add.
    Browse the BusinessVision program folder and then double-click on BusinessVision.exe (or BusinessVisionLE.exe, BusinessVisionSBE.exe, BusinessVisionCSE.exe) to add to the list.
    Click Apply, OK to save the changes.
    Reboot the computer.

    Let's see if this helps your issue.
