Which Database table holds employee initials? They aren't in the Employees table.

I am writing a third party app. I need to find Employee Initials which you can configure in BV. Oddly, they aren't in the Employees table. Does anyone know where they are stored?

In case anyone needs to know. Initials are stored in User.btr and are intentionally protected.
