did they try to do a fix for outlook using an installation disk?

not to my knowledge no......

so BV2019 - Express 2010 and Win 10 are all compatible??

if you have a disk try and go to repair mode,

you may have to reinstall BV

it could be due to the image and something going wrong in the computer's registry

I have been trying to see others have had issues with to see if there is a more simple fix

try a supplementary form and set to export with email

in printer setup go to invoice and setup a supplementary form with your invoice in the "print to" box set to export, in the export options set the destination to email and format to PDF

see if it comes up with any errors

I actually got excited - but nope.....same thing happened.....print to screen

if you have the old hard drive with the windows 7 image you might want to use it until this is resolved

the only other thing is to for the time being is from the print screen window click the export button set to PDF and destination to application click OK then adobe should come up then click the email button and send it manually.

I upgraded my Office to 2019 and I STILL CAN'T EMAIL...I wish someone knew what to do..I am so frustrated

from what I have read it is hit or miss

does your email go through an onsite server?

OKay - so I did finally get it working....I did a repair on Outlook 2010 - when our IT guy put Outlook 2019 overtop of 2010 the same problems arose.........with the base having the repair....it works......FINALLY....thanks for the help!
