Windows 11 Install Issue

Hi Everyone,

Business Vision has finally stopped installing for me after all these years, but I'm sure there is a workaround.  I can't get BV to install on Windows 11.  Any computer that had it installed on Windows 10 and then upgrade does not have issues.

The installer hangs and never completes.  I've been told to install in safe mode, but safe mode does not inherently allow the installer manager to run.

Has anyone had any success and can share what they did?

    Hi ,

    Thanks for reaching out. Did you ever find a solution to this issue? Microsoft Windows 11 support on Sage BV requires an additional patch - see this article.

    Note: If you still have the error, run the .exe file as Administrator, or sign in the computer as Administrator and repeat the steps in the article.
