Sage BusinessVision 2023 - Report Issue - Crashing

Hello,

My server was recently upgraded to Windows Server 2019 and our BV was upgraded to 2023 at the same time. Myself and several of my employees are running into issues when trying to generate reports to our screens (not for printing), with error 114 "outside the bounds of memory" popping up frequently and crashing BV.

I am currently unable to generate any reports on my computer, despite having no issues on BusinessVision 2019. Any assistance or advice for things to try would be greatly appreciated. I am hoping to get this addressed before next week when I must run payroll - any crashes associated with that would be very problematic.
