I'm having the same Windows 11 random report freezing issues across many users. Can anyone confirm this is fixed in the Sage Business Vision 2023 install? Otherwise, it looks like I'll also have to downgrade to Windows 10.

Our experience is that the 2023 update does not resolve the printing issue.
Our experience has shown that this does not always work. We've had more success with downgrading the O/S to Windows 10.
Thanks for the heads-up. I'm going to try the new version because our users are beyond frustrated. I'm slowly downgrading to Windows 10 but have 15 users.
