can't print or install crystal reports licence.

hI I get an error - bcprintutils.lbr\bccremgr.int error code 114 pc=16eb call=1 seg=0. i have installed the 2023 small edition and still have the same problem. I have been in contact with support and still no answer. also comes up with attempt access item beyond bound of memory (signal 11). cobol text window. i also can't input our crystal report designer license. when i try to do it comes up with unexpected error - please re-enter. We have windows 10 and are using Lightspeed EVO. Also have 365 installed.

Can some one please help me

HI thanks i have been in contact with support and they can't figure it out either. Now i can't open the reports designer. comes up with an error sage businessvision sbe launcher has stopped working. don't know how to fix this either..
