Special codes in customer details tab

How do I set up special codes in the customer details tab?  I want to flag certain customers when orders are done up.

    Sage BusinessVision does not currently offer a built-in feature to automatically notify or flag customers based on specific criteria such as order completion. This limitation means that any system for flagging or noting customer records would need to be managed manually or through external tools that can interface with Sage BusinessVision data.
