    Hi  ,

Thanks for reaching out. Are you still experiencing this issue and have you tried the steps in our article here? According to the steps provided in our guide, here's how you can activate the multi-currency module:

    1. Install Multi-Currency License:

      • Navigate to the installer for Sage BusinessVision, usually located under the C:\Sage folder.
      • Run launch.exe and select "Install Multi Currency."
      • Enter your company name, serial number, and activation key as provided.
      • Click OK to close.
    2. Activate Multi-Currency for Each Company:

      • Ensure everyone is logged off the company.
      • Go to Utilities > System Manager > System Setup.
      • Select Company > Multi Currency.
      • Select the option for "Active" and click OK.
    3. Activate Multi-Currency for Each User:

      • Go to Utilities > System Manager > User Details.
      • Select the User ID.
      • Under the Access tab, select Multi Currency and click Save.
    4. Enter the Exchange Rate:

      • Navigate to Utilities > Multi-currency Tools > Currency Manager.
      • Select the currency you want to set up (e.g., USD United States).
      • Enter the Fixed rate and Save.

If you've followed these steps and still encounter issues, or the register button is unavailable, it might be a specific issue related to Windows 11 compatibility or a missing step in the process. For further assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team directly or via chat for real-time guidance.

Please help ensure all steps are accurately followed, and all users are logged off when making these changes to prevent any conflicts.

    Warm Regards,
    Erzsi
