Exporting Workbook Information

I'm finding workbooks are a great way to collect data, but reporting is difficult / non-existent.

Amending an existing crystal report seems very difficult, and I'd rather simply export the data, but the fields are not present in the pick-lists.

Would F9 be useful?  I think not.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

    Hi Ric,

What are you trying to do with the data?  If you just want a listing, then do a simple file export from the File drop down in BV.  If you are looking for the fields in Inventory for example, you'd export the Inventory Table.  Your workbook fields are at the bottom of the list of fields to export.  If you are trying to get the data on a pick list, it is better to do it in Crystal.  For example, we use the workbook fields in the inventory table to put in our customers part numbers for our items.  We have this show up on our pick list and our packing slip.

"Your workbook fields are at the bottom of the list of fields to export" - I don't see them in the AR table at all, even though I've created the AR workbook & worksheet & fields, and then rebuilt.

The desired workbook information is in the A/R module, and contains contract information for each customer.  I want to be able to export a list of customers and their contract information.  There could be multiple contracts per customer, so each worksheet under that customer would list the effective date and end date of each contract for that customer.
