Importing into Businessvision in a multi-user environment

This may sound like a very stupid question, but when I do an import, must all other users be signed off or have BV closed?

    Though I've never tried to do an import while others were logged into BusinessVision.

    It would best recommended yes that everyone should logged out of BusinessVision while Importing Data into BusinessVision.

    If the users aren't logged off of BusinessVision, just ensure they are not accessing any of the modules or have the module open, as the data to the table you are importing will be open.
