Report Engine Error 000000717

I'm getting a report engine error 000000717 (failed to load database information) whenever I print any report.  Happens for both built-in and custom reports.  Happens only on Windows Vista workstation, XP works fine.  Any ideas?

    Do you have any installed program that uses crystal files? This sounds like it could be from incompatible crystal files.

    You may want to look  in the folder named 2.5 which is in the path c:\program files\common files\crystal decisions. If there are any other folders there other than 2.5 then try renaming them and updating the Sage Business Vision program.
