No you CANNOT do this within the BV user interface. Then Order Import function in BV relies on a very specific and rather complex file format for the import. It was designed to import Orders exported by the Order Export function (to be used by, for example, salespeople on the road). The fields in Sales Order are radically different from PO.

Custom programming will be necessary to accomplish this. It is certainly do-able within that context, however.
