You cannot re-print the actual payroll cheque stub again.

Workaround;

Print the time card register for the employees.

1. Click File, Print Reports, Payroll.

2. Double click Pay Journal and Receiver General.

3. Select Start and End at Employee Number for one employee at a time.

4. Select Start and End Date of pay run.

5. Do not select Receiver General Only.

6. Click OK.

I have looked at that report but it is not suitable to issue to the employee.  A better report would be the timecard register as it shows a breakdown of the hours earned and paid but still has other information that is not required.  So the only solution is to photo copy all of the paystubs?

The only other option would be to print the paystubs to screen, from there you can print muliple copies or even export the paystub to a PDF file so that a copy can be printed at a later time if required.
