I've been trying to update my clients payroll tax tables tonight. I log into the partner portal, navigate to the downloads section, but when I click the payroll update on the next page it asks me to log in again. So I log in, and I'm back to the very start of the partner portal and find myself on an endless loop. I've tried Chrome, Firefox, and Explorer to the same result.
Also unrelated but my Sage account seems irrevocably broken. I first started using my gmail address for the Sage portal, but later on switched to my company email, but rather than making the switch now my account has both emails attached to it and it just doesn't work. Trying to log in here ended up a 30 minute ordeal with numerous password resets and finally I'm logged into Sage City but seem to have a a brand new account under my gmail? I've already gone over this with a rep on the phone last year, I'm wondering if there isn't a way to have everything wiped and start over with my one email address. For regular day to day stuff on the partner portal (like download tax table updates) I just use my coworkers account because it works without a fuss.
