Cannot download BV 2015 January Tax tables

Hello,

I've been trying to update my clients payroll tax tables tonight. I log into the partner portal, navigate to the downloads section, but when I click the payroll update on the next page it asks me to log in again. So I log in, and I'm back to the very start of the partner portal and find myself on an endless loop. I've tried Chrome, Firefox, and Explorer to the same result. 

Also unrelated but my Sage account seems irrevocably broken. I first started using my gmail address for the Sage portal, but later on switched to my company email, but rather than making the switch now my account has both emails attached to it and it just doesn't work. Trying to log in here ended up a 30 minute ordeal with numerous password resets and finally I'm logged into Sage City but seem to have a a brand new account under my gmail? I've already gone over this with a rep on the phone last year, I'm wondering if there isn't a way to have everything wiped and start over with my one email address. For regular day to day stuff on the partner portal (like download tax table updates) I just use my coworkers account because it works without a fuss.

    after you log try clicking on the "KB & Downloads" tab. It will open a new page, on the left look for BV under my products on the left and click it. On the next page click on downloads which is left on the green BV. Then click on the payroll updates, then pick the  update you will need for 2014 or 2015.

    I would contact Sage to reset your portal account.

    I have a seperate accounts for the forum and for my portal accounts but use the same email.

    Try logging in to the Knowledgebase directly with your Partner Portal credentials to access the downloads- support.na.sage.com/.../microsite.do

    Yes this is what I do, I've been downloading and doing installations from the partner/kb portal for 5 years so it's not new to me. Sorry I rambled a bit about my sage portal troubles for my account, but I'm only using that to access Sage city. For my key problem here with the payroll download I am using my coworkers sage partner account that has always worked.

    Anyways, I'm logged in as a Sage partner, I'm on the "Download Sage BusinessVision Payroll Updates", but when I click on the link I'm directed to a page that says:

    "Please click the login button below to access entitled content.

    For more information regarding Sage Business Care support plans, please click here. "

    With a "Login to Sage" button below. In the top right of the page I still have the "Welcome Ron" message, and if I click the button I'm just sent back to the Partner Portal Home. I simply can't get to the actual download, but rather am sent through an endless loop.

    Following up on this I called into support this morning and yes there is a problem with the website at the moment putting you through an endless loop. Just had to get the file link emailed directly to me.

    Thanks for sharing, dispite what some may think this is how we learn and can understand some of the frustrations others are having.
