I'm trying use the knowledge base to assist a client who's still running BV v7.11, they're trying to add a new company but getting some weird errors. I'm not finding anything though and wondering if those articles would still exist on there? 

I've never heard of there being a problem with adding a new company, so it could be something with a firewall or the like on their end, but I just wanted to check if articles for non-supported versions are still there.
