What module are you creating the invoices in, Order Entry or Point of Sale? If it is in order entry you may be able to add a note to the invoice but remember this won't record a payment.

I am creating the invoice in the point of sales module.

try introducing the last lines of the detailed pos invoice to the plain paper invoice but make a copy of the plain paper and change the name first

I tried it and it will work. The easiest way is if you have 2 instances of BV open at the same time and copy the tender types and amounts from the POS detailed invoice 1 by 1 into the footer of the plain paper invoice. I suppressed the tax inclusive lines and reduced the size of the box and put them at the bottom just after the GST number in the plain paper invoice to make room for the tender types and amounts. Hope this helps.
