Super frustrated with this Migration Tool- Anyone able to help

I can't seem to get this migration tool to work and the hours of "help" are outside my work hours. Anyone able to help I can't seem to get the sysadmin password to work even though it works on Simply, just not in this migration tool.

    Make sure to change permissions

    Go to Setup > Setup Users, select the sysadmin user, and select Modify User. Verify
    that the rights for third-party products for the sysadmin user includes at least Read-only
    access or read/write access. If you are signed in as a different user, exit out of the
    company, and open it up again using the sysadmin user name and password, and then
    verify.

    If you are still having problem, consider deleting all users from the company, and make sure in the migration tool you are browsing to the correct company.
