Not sure if you can do this in the online version of Sage.  However, I do know that this feature is NOT offered in the desktop version.

You can import Vendor bills as Quick entries, however, they will be imported as a summary, just a single line item.

Sales or Expenses >Quick Entries>New Quick Entry>Import Quick entry

Review its available template from the import window.
