Servus Credit Union Bank Feed Issues

I have had numerous problems with the Servus Credit Union bank feeds. They do not offer a Excel or CSV bank statement which is ridiculous. However, I was able to connect the bank feeds easily for two smaller accounts. The larger accounts I was unable to and had to try a few times through the business feed. It worked for the operating account for a while, but errors out every so often. Today I logged in and found out that Bank Feed function duplicated the feeds for 2 sub accounts, and duplicated many old transactions. Anyone else experience these issues, and were you able to delete the duplicated transaction from the feed so that they do not appear in the bank feed anymore?

    Hello,

    No I did not find an answer. However, I was able to find a work around. The information systems and online capabilities are very outdated in regards to Servus Credit Union. Our IT specialist is confident that it is Servus Credit Union's online banking connection that is causing the bank feed to fail. There is now an option to download a Sage 50 accounting file for account activity from the online banking portal. This is how I have been able to reconcile the account within the Banking Module included in SAGE 50. Thanks.
