we just got the SAGE Business accounting subscription and started entering data. At the moment I have a problem on adding core charges on products. My e-commerce business has spare parts with core charges, is there a way to ad a custom field to add core charges or any other way to fix this ?
There is no way to add a custom field or column in Sage Accounting.
Since your e-commerce handles inventory and core charges, it may be beneficial to post journals only in Accounting once the transactions are complete. It won't be easy to post each line item on the invoice in Sage Accounting. You can add a line item for core charges, however, you may need to consider the ledger account to be used and if this line item is taxable or not.
