    Hi  ,

Yes, it's possible to transfer data from QuickBooks to Sage Accounting, your best option may be to use the 3rd party:

    • Movemybooks: This is a third-party service that can handle the data transfer for you. They support conversion from QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. They will move your chart of accounts, customer data, supplier data, and individual transactions for the current and previous accounting years. More details can be found here.

Note: Since Movemybooks is a third-party service, we don't have control over their process.

Another option would be to use the Sage 50 Canada trial to transfer data, but there are some details you'll want to know:

    1. If your QuickBooks needs to be installed on a machine (not the online version), you can first transfer your data to Sage 50 and then onto Sage Accounting.
    2. By default, only the last 2 years of data can be moved to Sage Accounting.

Here's how you can transfer from QuickBooks to Sage 50:

    1. Open QuickBooks and go to File > Utilities > Export > Lists to IIF Files.
    2. Save the exported files like Vendor List, Customer List, and Employee List.
    3. Open Sage 50 in single-user mode, and go to File > Import/Export > Import Records.
    4. Follow the prompts to import your QuickBooks data.

Please note that there's no direct import tool available if you're using QuickBooks Online.
