Migration of Desktop Simply Accounting Plus to Sage Accounting Cloud

My PC suddenly died, with my Simply Accounting Plus Desktop installed. It's unknown if the PC can be repaired, so the shop gave me the Data files in a FOB. I have subscribed to Sage Cloud. However you can only migrate from an existing Simply Accounting Version directly to the Sage Cloud.

Since I only have the Data Files stored on a FOB is there a way I can migrate my data just from my FOB to the new Sage Cloud program. As I don't want to buy a PC just for running my Sage Cloud, can I use my existing Mac computer to operate the new Sage Cloud program
